Stephen B. Goad graduated Magna cum Laude at West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a membership in Phi Beta Kappa, a national honorary society. He then studied law and earned his Juris Doctorate at the West Virginia University College of Law while working part-time in law firms in northern West Virginia and southern Pennsylvania.
After graduating from law school, Stephen worked in a law firm in southern West Virginia, primarily focusing on areas of law such as civil and criminal defense, wills and estates, domestic relations, real estate, and business transactions.
In 1989, Stephen moved to Charlotte and limited his practice to medical and legal negligence claims. He later took a leave of absence from the field of law to pursue other interests. He traveled to Ghana, Haiti (twice) and Malaysia on mission trips, volunteered, and also worked in a bicycle shop.
In 2005, Stephen joined Ted A. Greve & Associates, P.A., to work in the area of Social Security disability law.
This United States Navy veteran is also a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar, the North Carolina State Bar as well as the North Carolina Academy for Justice – Disability Advocacy Section. Stephen is also a National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representative.
Stephen is also a member of Charlotte’s Providence Baptist Church, and is a crew leader for the church’s Habitat for Humanity team and an Adult Sunday School teacher. When he is not at the office or in the courtroom, he also likes to spend his time cycling.

Charles “Chip” Hinnant grew up in Anderson, South Carolina, where he developed a passion for Clemson Football and spending time on Lake Hartwell. Chip attended the College of Charleston as an undergraduate where he worked as the managing editor of the college newspaper and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
As the son of an attorney, Chip enjoyed studying the law throughout college and thereafter earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Charlotte School of Law. While in law school, Chip served as the Associate Justice of Finance for the Charlotte Law Moot Court Board and competed in the American Bar Association’s National Moot Court Competitions in Washington, D.C., and Boston, winning awards for writing the 2nd best brief and being among the competition’s best advocates. Chip also served at the North Carolina Court of Appeals as a summer clerk for The Honorable Judge Robert N. Hunter, Jr., and as an intern at the North Carolina Business Court for The Honorable Judge Calvin Murphy.
Chip is a recipient of the Charlotte Law Scholar award for writing a work of publishable quality as a law student, and graduated law school with the Pro Bono Highest Honors Distinction after completing in excess of 250 hours of pro bono legal service. Chip has also served as a teaching assistant for legal courses in civil procedure and legal writing, in addition to serving as a research assistant for a publication implicating the Healthcare Quality Improvement Act (HCQIA). Chip was the winner of the 2010 National Law Review Student Legal Writing Competition for his analysis of Gross v. FBL Financial Services, Inc., 557 U.S. 167 (2009), within his published article entitled “How the Supreme Court Skirted ADEA Issues During Reductions in Force and What Must Be Done to Fix It”.
As a trial lawyer with Ted A. Greve & Associates, PA, Chip represents Plaintiffs in matters involving catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful death, worker’s compensation, nursing home abuse and neglect, medical negligence, sexual abuse, and retaliatory employment discrimination violative of the North Carolina Retaliatory Employment Discrimination Act (REDA). Chip also pursues cases implicating the North and South Carolina State Torts Claims Act, the Federal Torts Claims Act, qui tam whistleblower actions, and ERISA benefits cases.
Chip enjoys football, traveling, hunting, fishing, cooking, and playing poker. He is married to his lovely wife, Carrie Hinnant, and they live in Charlotte, North Carolina, with their daughter, Charlotte, and their two dogs, Ruxin and Millie.

Inezmarie is licensed to practice law in North and South Carolina, and represents clients in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases in both states. She is following her passion of helping people and representing the interests of injured individuals. Inezmarie prides herself on providing excellent customer service, and ensuring her clients receive proper medical care and the benefits to which they are entitled.
Inezmarie was raised on Long Island, New York and attended college at the State University of New York at Albany where she received a degree in business administration. While at SUNY Albany, Inezmarie volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician in the college’s student run ambulance core, Five Quad. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2007 from Touro College Jacob D Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, NY.. Following law school, Inezmarie moved to Charlotte to begin her practice of law. Prior to joining Ted A. Greve & Associates, Inezmarie litigated workers’ compensation and personal injury cases.
